Date/Time

The same as in Windows 95This is the same Control Panel as in Windows 95. It allows you to adjust the clock that is used by programs and by the system (BIOS as well as Windows). The time is displayed in the bottom right hand corner of the taskbar (move the mouse over it for the date, double-click to change) and is used by programs that are reliant on dates. There are two tabs in the Control Panel, the first for changing the time and date, and the second for choosing the time zone locality, which also has a check box so that the system can automatically change the clock to comply with daylight saving time changes.
